When more women manage their money, the impact is multiplied.
What is
The Nook
Room?
It is a statement. It is a choice.
About us
María Martín and Clara Paredes founded The Nook Room based on a shared experience: making major decisions, whether professional, financial or personal, is rarely something we do alone.
Clara Paredes Otálora
Over time, I’ve come to understand that conscious investing isn’t just about shifting capital and getting returns; it’s also about dedicating knowledge, time and trust to diverse, female-led projects. Through The Nook Room, my goal is to strip away the opacity and intimidation of investing, making it an empowering, intentional tool for every woman.
María J. Martín Navarro
I’ve spent years supporting companies, teams, and individuals with decision-making. My perspective comes from a simple conviction: taking the time to think calmly and critically isn’t a luxury; it’s essential to avoid remaining on the surface and falling for misdirection. With The Nook Room, we built a space where we cultivate discernment and share opportunities.
Our vision
The Nook Room empowers women toward financial freedom through practical learning and emotional guidance.
Its aim is for women to invest with confidence and discernment, boosting entrepreneurship and fueling a diverse economic ecosystem.
Within a safe community, they democratize financial education with accessible tools, helping women redefine their relationship with money to build a secure future without giving up anything.

Financial freedom:
Empowering women through strategic investment education.

Comprehensive method:
Practical education with emotional support and a safe community.

Independent judgment:
Building knowledge to make investing a habit of security.

Real transformation:
A mindset shift toward money to grow without giving up anything.
Better judgment means greater independence.
And more women making decisions based on real information means the impact stops being just personal: it becomes collective.
This is how real change is built. From within. And in community.
What it aims to solve
For generations, women have been left out of financial education. We’ve learned how to save, but not how to invest, and we’ve normalized living without a financial plan to call our own.
Las mujeres invierten menos, pero cuando lo hacen, obtienen mejores resultados.
Percentage (%)
Women invest less, but when they do, they get better results.
Entrepreneurs receive less than 2% of venture capital in Spain and worldwide.
Lack of female financial role models.
Female retirement is more precarious due to the wage gap and career interruptions.
Inherited beliefs we challenge
These are NOT truths. They are inherited limits.
It's about independence, discernment, and the power of choice.
What our community say
In The Nook Room we collaborate with professionals specialized in personal investment, financial planning, taxation, and law.
We do not believe in gurus or single voices. We believe in well-done work and adding real knowledge.
